The YSU FreshGuin program is a leadership and mentor program at Youngstown State University. Incoming, first-year students are paired with a student mentor and attend different events throughout the year to strengthen their leadership skills. Students in this program are also required to hold a student leadership position at YSU. The students helped HFHMV with painting, hanging drywall and installing insulation.
